Service
Shotdrive lets you upload, brand, and share galleries with clients. Galleries are end-to-end encrypted by default — the decryption key never leaves the share link. Availability and performance are provided on a best-effort basis during the closed-beta period.
Acceptable use & prohibited content
You are responsible for everything you upload, store, or share through Shotdrive. The following are strictly prohibited. Uploading or sharing them is grounds for immediate removal of the content, suspension or termination of your account, and — where the law requires it — reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. We report confirmed CSAM to the competent authorities (e.g. NCMEC / the German BKA) and preserve the relevant data as required by law.
- Content that is unlawful, or that promotes, facilitates, or incites violence, terrorism, or serious harm.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, harassment, threats, or stalking.
- Malware, ransomware, phishing kits, or any code or link intended to compromise others.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, or sale of stolen or counterfeit goods.
- Content that violates applicable export controls, sanctions, or data-protection law.
- Attempts to break security, overload infrastructure, scrape the platform, or bypass plan limits.
Galleries are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot inspect file contents proactively. We rely on reports to act. If you encounter prohibited content, please report it or email abuse@shotdrive.io. We review every report and aim to respond within 24 hours.
Accounts & fair use
Sending files or creating a gallery provisions a Shotdrive account tied to your verified email address. Each person or organisation may hold one account. Free-plan allowances (storage and monthly transfer limits) are granted per account on a fair-use basis.
- Don't create multiple accounts, use disposable or throwaway email addresses, or otherwise act to multiply or circumvent Free-plan limits.
- Automated, scripted, or bulk account creation is not permitted.
- We may require a verified, deliverable email address, and may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse these limits.
Beta status
Shotdrive is currently in closed beta. Features may change without notice and we may contact early users for product feedback. We do not yet offer a contractual SLA — for production use cases, please reach out before relying on the service.

The Service is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
